IntelliProve secures €1.25M to revolutionize health monitoring tech

Ghent, January 2025 - IntelliProve has announced a successful €1.25 million investment from Belgian VC/Venture Studio Miles Ahead and tech entrepreneurs Jeroen De Wit (Teamleader), Louis Jonckheere (Showpad, Wintercircus), Gilles Mattelin en Jorn Vanysacker (Henchman, Intuo), Matthias Geeroms (Lighthouse) and Joris Van Der Gucht (Silverfin). Existing investors, such as The White and Yellow Cross (Dutch: Wit-Gele Kruis) and imec.istart fund, and business angels joined the financing round. The fresh capital will support IntelliProve on its mission to enable health and wellbeing solutions to harness objective insights and enhance preventive holistic health.

IntelliProve's vision is clear: saving human lives through improved health monitoring. Traditionally, health assessments are performed using various medical devices and questionnaires, a process that is often time-consuming, intrusive and not engaging for the end user. Recognizing the need for a more efficient and user-friendly approach, IntelliProve pioneers an innovative software solution that enables accurate real-time determination of key health parameters using contactless optical facial scans. By leveraging advanced signal processing and computer vision, IntelliProve’s smartphone-based solution delivers fast, contactless, and accessible health monitoring—providing "digital biopsies" that support preventive healthcare.

Founded in 2021 by four co-founders, IntelliProve has forged strong partnerships from the start, collaborating with organizations like Het Wit-Gele Kruis, TU Delft, vzw Zorg-Saam, and imec.istart. With CE-marking as a medical device and ISO27001 certification, the product is offered as a plug-in solution for digital platforms and apps across sectors such as digital health, corporate wellbeing, and health insurance. In 2024, IntelliProve more than tripled its annual revenue and is now operational in seven European countries, including Belgium, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Italy, France, Germany and Denmark. In Belgium, notable clients include Helan and Neutraal Ziekenfonds Vlaanderen.

With the backing of tech leaders who bring invaluable expertise in scaling businesses, this smart funding comes at the perfect time to help us scale further.”

Brecht Dhuyvetters, co-founder and CPO of IntelliProve, underlines: “Since the beginning of our product development, our goal has been to build an accessible, user-friendly and inclusive solution to lower barriers to preventive healthcare.
