The challenge

As an HR and wellbeing platform, Elli helps organisations care for both their people and their culture. Supporting employees in leading healthier, more balanced lives, while keeping the organisation itself healthy as a whole.

But like many wellbeing solutions, Elli faced a familiar challenge: engagement and measurement. HR teams wanted proof of impact, while employees were growing tired of traditional surveys and disconnected tools.

Without a continuous, objective way to track wellbeing, it was difficult to show progress, personalise support, or demonstrate real ROI.

Within the Elli platform, employees begin with a short lifestyle survey to understand their habits and overall wellbeing context. This is complemented by IntelliProve’s contactless face-scan technology, which measures key biomarkers such as stress, energy and recovery levels in just a few seconds.

The integration was fast and frictionless. Through the flexible API, the feature went live in just a few weeks with Elli maintaining full control over its own design and user experience.

The outcome

By combining subjective lifestyle input with IntelliProve’s biometric data, Elli transformed its approach to employee wellbeing; from static surveys to a continuous, data-driven experience.

"A first face scan defines the key needs of the employees and (wellbeing) programs to start with." Employees are now more engaged, returning regularly to check their wellbeing insights and track their progress over time.

This enables a continuous wellbeing loop where employees can track their progress, while HR teams gain a clear, aggregated view of how different teams and departments are doing.
