Is IntelliProve secure?

Yes. IntelliProve is built on a security-first architecture and operates within a fully certified information security framework.Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) is ISO 27001 certified, the leading international standard for information security. This means our technical, organisational, and procedural controls are independently audited and aligned with globally recognised security requirements.

IntelliProve also complies with GDPR, ensuring personal and health-related data is processed responsibly and in line with European data protection regulations.

Upon request, we can provide our ISO 27001 certificate and ISMS scope documentation.

Does IntelliProve store any video of facial scans or personal data?

No. IntelliProve does not store video recordings or images of facial scans.

The video stream is used only transiently to perform the measurement and is processed in real time. Raw facial imagery is not retained after processing.

IntelliProve stores only the resulting biomarker measurements, in a pseudonymised format, linked to a unique identifier and not directly to identifiable personal information. Strict data minimisation, access controls, and privacy safeguards are applied throughout the entire process.

Is IntelliProve compliant with GDPR and security standards?

Yes. Privacy and data protection are core design principles of IntelliProve.

The platform is designed to meet GDPR requirements, including data minimisation, purpose limitation, and pseudonymisation. Only the data necessary to deliver health insights is processed, and no facial scan videos are stored.

These privacy measures are supported by an ISO 27001 certified security framework, ensuring that data is handled securely and responsibly across the entire platform.

Is the user's privacy guaranteed by IntelliProve?

Yes, protecting user privacy is a fundamental part of how IntelliProve is designed.
We do not store facial videos or images, and we do not require names or directly identifiable personal details to deliver our service. The health results that are stored are pseudonymised and protected by technical and organisational safeguards.

This approach ensures that user data is handled carefully, securely, and in line with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.

Does the AI Act apply to IntelliProve?

Yes. IntelliProve develops software that extracts health-related insights from short facial videos using a combination of validated algorithms and AI-supported techniques. As such, our technology falls within the broad scope of the EU AI Act, which applies to AI systems placed on or used within the European Union.

AI within IntelliProve is used in a controlled and supportive role, primarily for feature extraction and research and development. Our products do not rely on end-to-end automated decision-making, nor are health insights interpreted or generated autonomously by AI. Core system components are based on validated algorithms, with human oversight throughout development, validation and deployment. IntelliProve maintains an internal AI Management System (AIMS) governing all AI-related activities and AI governance is aligned with our ISO 27001-certified security and risk management framework.

How and where does the processing take place?

The Face Scan application runs on the user’s own device and captures short video input to extract technical information from the face that is relevant for deriving physiological signals. This information is processed in real time and securely transmitted to IntelliProve’s cloud-based processing engine.

In the cloud, the data is used to derive physiological signals and, from these, health insights such as vital parameters. The processing is designed to be purpose-limited and data-minimised.

Importantly, IntelliProve does not store facial images or video recordings. The data is streamed for processing only and is not retained as raw, person-recognisable imagery. Only the resulting measurements and health insights are stored, enabling users and partners to view trends over time and generate graphs that show evolution across multiple sessions.

All processing and storage take place within a secure, controlled environment, in line with applicable data protection and information security requirements.
